Tindell & Co’s Response to COVID-19

With the news about Coronavirus (COVID-19) changing rapidly each day, we wanted to provide you with Tindell & Co’s current response and procedures as of 3/16/2020.  Tindell & Co staff is still working diligently and performing services from the office, but will be closed to the public/clients for walk-in service.  All in-person contact will be screened for urgency and require a scheduled appointment.

We are currently following the CDC guidelines for social distancing, to secure the safety of your tenants and Tindell & Co employees.  Occupied units will not be shown to prospective tenants, and only emergency maintenance, turnover preparation, or exterior services will be dispatched.  Tindell  & Co will hold all non-urgent maintenance requests until a time that is deemed safe for response.

We will be encouraging all rental showings via virtual tour.  Move-in and move-out inspections will be coordinated with our standard process, but with added precautions for our tenants and staff. This includes hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes/spray, and proper attire/protections.

We will continue weighing options and implementing new procedures as the situation progresses, as we are committed to the health and safety of all of our tenants, partners, and employees.  We appreciate your support during these times.
